Team Training Begins

The Desert Games will be here sooner than you think so NOW is the time to dial your training and diet in. 

We will begin our team training sessions this Saturday at 1130 in place of our Bro Sessions. If you are on a team, you need to be there so that you and your other teammates can get used to working out together. 

If you are not competing but you still enjoy coming in and participating in our 11:30 workout don’t worry! You can still come in and work out alongside the Desert Games Teams.
