Groundhog Day


This workout plays out like a chipper that keeps resetting and repeating itself until the last round where you finally get to go all the way through. 

AMRAP 3,6,9, then all the way through
20 Burpees
30 Wallballs
40 Strict Pull-Ups
50 KB Swings (55/35)
60 OH Plate Carry Walking Lunges (45/25)
Rest 1 Minute between AMRAPs

Desert Games WOD #2 Prep:
Every 30 seconds for 10 Rounds
1 Power Clean Heavy as Possible

5 Sets
12 (6 per arm) Seated alternating KB Press
20 Hip Extensions
5 Bent Over Rows HEAVY
