I asked for some clarification on the burpee portion for the Rx’d and Scaled divisions and the response was one that I’m sure will make everyone happy. The reps for the Burpees are going to be shared and broken up however. I hope this helps!
Desert Games WOD 2 prep will be at 5:30 like we discussed on Saturday. The prep work will be Weightlifting specific so if you are not competing you can still get your 530 Weightlifting on as usual.

1 Back Squat as Heavy as Possible every 40 seconds (make sure you are going as low as possible)
2 Push Press (Heavy as Possible)
Rest 3 minutes
1 Split Jerk (Heavy as Possible)
Finish with 3×3
Clean Lift Offs @110% of Clean Max
