For everyone prepping for the Desert Games, you will see there is a lot of EMOM type work programmed along with plenty of squats. Stay focused, put the work in and be as prepared as possible!

Build to a Heavy Clean and Jerk

Rx’d (95/65) Performance (135/95)
15 OHS
15 Chest to Bar Pullups
15 Full Snatches
15 Chest to Bar Pullups
15 Squat Cleans
15 Chest to Bar Pullups

WOD 2 Prep:
Every 30 seconds for 6 minutes
1 Hang Squat Clean

Rest as needed

Every 40 seconds for 6 Rounds
1 Power Clean and Jerk

EMOM 8
1 Back Squat as Heavy as Possible
Rest 2 minutes
EMOM 6
2 Front Squats + 1 Split Jerk
