This Thursday we will have another prep session at 530pm. We will cover strategies and thoughts on workout 3, along with adding in some fun Rowing practice and very specific Split Jerk practice. Try to make it if you can!

Alternating EMOM 10
A) 7 Power Cleans *Same weight as above
B) 7 Bar Facing Burpees

Desert Games Prep
4×4 Back Squat with 3 Second Pause at absolute bottom

4×1 Front Squat (Heavy but with good form)

3×15 Deadlifts
