What a Saturday!

Huge thanks to everyone that came out this Saturday and gave their all for the grueling three part workout that we had. Everybody pushed themselves past their comfort zones, but more importantly, everybody had a great time doing it! Training days like that get me motivated and excited to see everyone progress and become better athletes. 

This little gym of ours is something special and unique. An environment like what we had this Saturday isn’t something you come across all the time. And it’s all because you the members make it a fun place to be. Thank you!

5×20 Cal AirDyne *all out effort/rest as needed between sets
