This year’s Desert Games will not disappoint. There will essentially be four workouts before the finals. This is huge and makes this one of the more exciting local events. You are definitely getting your money’s worth with such a high volume of workouts for one day. It’s time to accept the challenge and keep moving forward!
This Thursday at 5:30 we will breakdown the Four Horsemen workout and do a run through with whomever shows up. I was already brainstorming some pull-ups and handstand push-ups for Tuesday’s workout and this newest workout announcement helped make that that much easier.

Walkout with 110-120% of 1RM Clean, hold in rack position then hit two dip and drives then re-Rack
Every 30 Seconds x6 Rounds
1 Power Clean + 1 Split Jerk
