Kudos to CrossFit 915

The final workout for the Desert Games has been released and this might be one of the best programmed competitions we have participated in. Last year’s Games were great and this year’s is even better. Each workout individually makes me nervous and as a whole makes me think that we are in for quite the day! Sometimes we go to some competitions and are less than enthused for the events. Not this one. Each event is going to be difficult but also fun and really sticks to just pure CrossFit. Nothing too fancy, nothing too easy, just CrossFit done well. No matter the outcome, we are set up for a great weekend!

10 Box Jumps

4 Rounds
9 Hang Sq. Snatches (155/95)
12 Toes to Bar

3 Rounds
9 Hang Sq. Snatches (185/125)
9 Bar Muscle Ups

Finish with:
3 Sets
15 Pull-Ups
15 HSPUs
