This is the last of our hard training weeks. A taper week is coming right after this so don’t break down mentally. Just a few more hard days of work then a lighter training week follows so Hang On!

Happy Birthday to your coach, Marrah and our soldier overseas Josie! These two are what’s right with the world. Incredibly driven, independent, intelligent, strong, powerful women who welcome the challenges presented to them. Hope you two have a great day.
