“You Don’t Need Harder Workouts”

I really like the what Adrian Conway says towards the end of this video…”you don’t need harder workouts, you need to go harder in your workouts”. Ever wonder why you’re so sore after an Open workout or after a competition? It’s not necessarily because the workouts are so much harder, but more often it’s because of the level of intensity of the workout. You usually go further and faster and harder on those workouts than you do your normal training workouts. What sort of progress would you see if you went harder on your workouts?

These 3 sets must be unbroken:
Barbell Cycling (as heavy as possible)
3 Sets
5 Hang Power Cleans + 6 Shoulder to Overhead
