Keep the Tempo

For this round of Back Squats the goal is to keep a steady and consistent tempo throughout the entire range of the squat. Steady on the way down and steady on the way up, but more importantly: no pauses at either the bottom or the top of the rep. All reps should be done while keeping a continuous fluid movement the entire time. 

3×8 HBBS (Steady Tempo throughout)

1 Round “DT” (155/105)
15 Pull-Ups
