A Good Read

Seeing everyone doing their 400m sprints on Friday reminded me of a good book I read a while back. It’s a fiction book written about a runner during his collegiate days. Clearly, the author has a ton of running experience and he does a great job of making you feel like you are in the moment with this collegiate runner. It’s a good read and even better motivation for doing a little track work from time to time.
