Immediately into:
100 Double Unders
104 Wallballs
52 Pull-Ups

Performance Team
After class finish with:
6×3 Deficit Snatch High Pulls

4 Rounds
12 Kb Clean and Jerks
ME Bench Press (1st round @70%, 2nd @60%, 3rd @50%, 4th @40%)
