Practice creates Progress

The beginning portion of our class tomorrow will focus on either some pull-up or muscle-up practice. No matter what your skill set is with these movements, think about where you would like to be in a couple of months and what areas of improvement need attention and focus in order to get there (overall strength, technique, coordination and timing, a better kip). Come in with a plan and be humble about where your weaknesses are then go out there and attack them!
