Time to Go Hard

Last post I included a video describing when to include intensity in your training and when to perhaps focus on other priorities in your training. Towards the end, there’s a mention of: if you’re going to go hard, then Go Hard. Luckily Thrusters, Burpees and a Row always make that easier!

10 per leg Bulgarian Split Squats
