There will be a few differences in this week’s schedule due to the holiday.
We will have one group workout Thanksgiving day at 10am. It’s become a bit of a tradition to come in and get a good workout in before going off and partaking in the delicacies of turkey and pie. If you’ve ever come to one of our Bro Sessions on Saturdays it is very much like that.
There will be no morning classes on Friday. Only afternoon classes starting at 3:30 and continuing from then on with our normal 4:30, 5:30, & 6:30 schedule.
Saturday will be our normal hours.

9 Push Press (135/95)
1 Rope Climb
Rest 5 minutes
Every 90 seconds x 8
5 Pull-Ups (chest to bar if you’ve got em)
After class finish with:

15 per leg Bulgarian Split Squats
35 GHD Sit-Ups
