Our newest Athlete of the Month goes to Teka! Teka has been dialed in lately and it is starting to pay off in his training. He’s gotten fast and strong! But if you watch a week of his training you’ll understand why. Teka comes in with what seems like an intent to become the most well rounded athlete there. What does this mean? It means being focused on everything: a detailed warm up, high intensity on the gym workouts, disciplined attention to the performance work and on top of all that he has been spending extra time shoring up all of his accessory movements. After a hard workout there will be many days where Teka will still be staying after doing rows and flys and shrugs and core work. 

Congrats Teka! Keep up the strong work!
