Congrats to those of you that stepped outside of your comfort zone today and attempted some heavy heavy weight, especially after 75 Toes to Bar! Sometimes these workouts can make you nervous and make you question whether or not it is possible. The biggest step is grabbing onto that bar and putting those questions in your head to the test!

3 Sets
8 Bent Over Rows with a pause at the top
20 Hip Extensions
90 Second Plank Hold

5 Round Intervals of 40 seconds On/40 seconds Off. Complete all 5 rounds of one movent before moving onto the next.

A) ME Over the Bar Burpees
B) ME Deficit Push-ups
C) ME Overhead Squats (96/65)
