It’s a Chipper but it’s not

This workout is basically two workouts with an intermission of rope climbs in between. Even though it will play out like a chipper, try to approach the two segments before and after the rope climbs with as much energy and intensity as possible. In other words, don’t game it like you would for a Filthy Fifty type workout. Go hard in the beginning, use the rope climbs almost as your “rest” then go hard at the end.

3 Rope Climbs

5 Rounds
5 Deadlifts (225/155)
10 Bar Facing Burpees

Performance Team

9-6-3
Ring Muscle Ups

5 Rope Climbs

5 Rounds
5 Deadlifts (275/185)
10 Bar Facing Burpees
