Ladder time

Its been a while since we’ve hit our pull-up/Push-up ladder. Try your best to keep your pull-ups as strict as possible and be sure to practice solid mechanics with each push-up. Ensuring quality movement through even the simplest of movements helps build a base for the more complex movements that follow. 

Pull-Ups Strict

From Competitors Training:
30 Wallballs
20 Power Snatch (75/55)
5 Ring Muscle Ups (or 12 Pull-Ups)

Performance Team
After class finish with:
20 Bear Complexes (135/95)
Row 30 Cal
20 OHS (135/95)
