Keep it Light

I know it is very tempting to add weight to a workout that might seem too light in relation to your maxes. But light done right can be a great way to mix things up and change the stimulus in your training. Sooooo keep this one light. If you think it’s too light then go faster! And unbroken!

Alternating EMOM 15
A) Back Rack Walking Lunges
B) 20-30 Sit-Ups
C) 5 HIGH Box Jumps

Front Squat (95/65)

Performance Team
After class finish with:
Accumulate 4 minutes in an L-Sit
and 10 minutes of pistol practice

Tempo RDLs
(3 seconds down, hold 2 seconds, explode up)
