Dumbbells are Here

  
So in case you haven’t heard the storm that came from The Dave Castro, there will be some type of dumbbell movement in this year’s Open. For the next few weeks I will be including some extra dumbbell work for those that are looking to participate in the Open. The extra work won’t be every day but you will see anywhere from 1-2 workouts each week featuring these weights. 

Please make sure that you aren’t dropping the Dumbbells from an overhead position (this would be the quickest way to damage our floors) and please be sure to keep the storage space for the Dumbbells clean and organized. Thanks!
