Focused Open Prep

Are you close to getting a Ring Muscle Up or do you have a Ring Muscle but need help cleaning it up? This Thursday, after Weightlifting, we will have an Open prep class specific to the Ring Muscle Up. Focused attention will be given on improving your Muscle Up and increasing efficiency in turning over multiple Muscle Ups. Come in and put some work down on those pesky little suckers!
