Burpees….Again

Our Open Prep Muscle Up tutorial will continue again this Thursday at 630pm. Andres will continue to build upon the progressions discussed in day one and move on to the continuing progressions to get you ready for the Open. 

I really enjoyed this post from Ben Bergeron about the Open. It does not test fitness per CrossFit’s definition, but rather it tests true work capacity. How much work will you be capable of this year?
