Performance Team do 30 Wallballs instead of 20 on the first AMRAP with the (135/95) weights. 

*No Extra Work this week. Prep for the Open. Fix any mobility issues or nagging pains. Practice on your weaknesses or just focus on staying fresh for Saturday!
