Weigh In Day

It’s time to weigh in and get measured! Those that participated in our 6 week challenge be sure to ask a coach to weigh and measure you. I have seen some of our members making some noticeable changes during this short span of 6 weeks and I’m excited to see how the results turn out and even more excited to announce the winner of the MetCon 3s!

3/1/17
AMRAP 4
3 Power Cleans (135/95)
6 Push-Ups
9 Wallballs
Rest 1 minute
Repeat for a total of 5 cycles

Performance Team
Same as above but use 205/145 for power clean weight
