One more week to go for the Open! Stay focused on a strong finish. This has by far been our best Open yet with everyone being consistent and strong in every workout. 

Let’s try to make 17.5 our biggest showing yet. If you can, try to make it in and compete on Saturday so that we can have everyone together to close out this year’s Open. 

4 Rounds
10 Strict Pull-Ups
30 Push-Ups
10 Bent Over Rows with 2 second Pause (bar only)
20 Strict Presses (bar only)
12 GHD Sit-Ups

50 Double Unders
10 DB or KB Thrusters

Rest for 90 seconds

Ring Muscle Ups or Pull-Ups
