Some people have been asking when we will start back up with our additional programming, the short answer is in about two weeks.
With the Open coming to an end and with two competitions coming up it seemed best to let the smoke clear on everything then proceed with new cycles and programming. We will also be testing some baseline 1RMs around that time as well. So please be patient, use this time to let your body recharge as well as provide an opportunity to spend some focused time on some individual skills that were perhaps not up to par during the Open (double unders….?).
Then build to a heavy (not max) 1 rep
