This Saturday, Healing Source Chiropractic will be at CFLC following our weekly Bro Sesh. They will be hosting a seminar: What Position Does Chiropractic Play in Sports? There are quite a few of our members that already use a chiropractor to help aid in their recovery and assist in their mobility. I’ve heard a lot of good things to those that incorporate the use of chiropractors in their monthly routine. So what better way to see if this could be a benefit to you than to bring them in and have them fill you in on the details of how it could help.
Healing Source will also be bringing lunch so you can refuel after the Bro Sesh workout and soak up all the seminar knowledge! The seminar will start at roughly 1230, so even if you cannot make the workout you can still come by and take part in the seminar. It would be great to have a large turnout for this, the best way to stay healthy and recovered is to explore all the options that are out there and see what works best for you.
