This week we’ll be shooting for some more heavy lifts. This time it’s the Clean and Jerk. Remember, heavy and 1 Rep Max can be different. If you’re feeling it and want to shoot for a max then go for it, but if not then the goal should be to get some quality technical lifts in at a very high percentage.
