It’s almost time for the 5K Cupid’s Chase! The race is for a good cause and ummmmmm it’s just a 5K guys! If you ever want to send terror down the spine of a big bad tough CrossFitter, just ask them if they want to run a 5K! What good is all that fitness if you can’t even do one of the most basic primal movements out there? Put one foot in front of the other and get from point A to point B without the help of a bike or a car.
