Take a Hike!

Our first CFLC hike was tough but so much fun! We made it through Baylor Pass to the other side ending at Aguirre Springs. I definitely recommend it if you have never been out there. Hopefully we can continue to get out and take our fitness outside of the gym!

15 Db or Kb Deadlifts
20 Wallballs
1 HS Walk or 3 Wall Crawls

Performance Team
3 Sets
1 Full Snatch + ME Hang Squat Snatches @65% of 1RM Snatch
