For the EMOM it is alternating on the minute through a top down progression of Snatches. Starting with the High Hang then moving to the Hang then Full. The goal here is to really dial in your positioning during the hang positions so by the time the Full Snatches come around you will be placing the bar where it needs to be throughout each stage of the lift.
