Last week was tough.
Bro sesh was tough.
Time for a good ol favorite to get the lungs open, get the body moving and give you a day off from any heavy loaded barbells.

Walking Lunge, 50 steps

50 Knees to elbows

50 Push press, 45 pounds

50 Back extensions

50 Wall ball shots

50 Burpees

50 Double unders
