The HSPUs for this workout are meant to be an all out sprint, no need to make them strict or deficit or one handed clapping HSPUs, if youre really good at them then focus on hitting Open standards and going as fast as possible.

It’s great to Scale up but never lose sight of building your foundation. You can always get better at Pull-Ups, you can always get better at HSPUs.
