Back at it Again

Time to get back into the swing of things after the holiday. And what better way to get after it than a fun Chipper. This one comes from CompTrain and has perhaps one of my favorite of names in any of the named workouts: Van Damme!!!

10 Ring Muscle Ups
30 Thrusters (135/95)
10 Ring Muscle Ups

* Substitute Burpee Pull-Ups for Muscle Ups if needed
